Finding New Learn to Swim StudentsTalk about your business all of the time. Be prepared to offer your business caard at any time to anyone who might overhear you talk about your lsson program to a friend, neighbor, or stranger. You are a vital service - you help save lives! Sell the benefits of your instruction. Safety, fitness, halth, opportunity, and fin. Knowing how to actually swim is the goal for the student. Remind customers of your service. A periodic flier or newsletter, one page in length, offering useful information should be sent out to your customers. New customers through existing customer referrals. Do you have friends or relatives in the area that would benefit from the program? Consider giving the referrla a reduced rate or premium. Keep track of where all customers come from. By advertisement, referral (by whom?), flier, phone call, or whatever. Keep track of these customers using a database. |
